I have no cute title. I am dry as toast. So on with the pictures!!!
I found these at a new local thrifty place. It's funny how you can go into a place and see lots of things that you think are "oh yeah cute", but you just don't get that GUT reaction that moves you to "I have to have this"! I went to this same little shop last week, (its only open on Fridays), and I saw lots of things I wanted but you know not for the price. Then I HAD to go again this Friday with my big girl cuz she wanted to go and had the day off.....and I saw THESE, oh my
They are like circa 1930's, they are plastic and I love them. New drawer pulls. It is this little sort of thing that causes HUGE changes for me. They are the inspiration to repaint my kitchen island. Yes I will make it happen.
Ohh and this guy. It had a bunch of marbles floating around in it. Just a junky little thingy my mum would of had some plastic fruit in when I was a kid, but I love it. I will use it (after a paint job, mmmm, probably red, to hold my "tasty" sign and some napkins and whatever else I want to throw in there.
Can you see some cute stuff in there?
There is my little daredevil. Her dad can make somethin outta nothin, soooo, given three free Yurf Dogs he made one good one and away she goesssssssss.
Yes, there she is again, only shmuzzing for the camera, but she actually is moving. The dog loves to ride on the mower and Ave loves to drive it. I think she will have her license by the time she is 13, although not legally:))
These are all scenes from the weekend. Right now I am knee deep in 11 year old tween girl sleep over girl stuff. ARRGGHH (I think I would pay some good money to have one day (24 HOURS) here in my own casa without a soul. I love them, God knows they are my world, but Lord, 24 hours just to look around my house and do as I please. The first 4 would be spent cleaning and then the next 20 hey they are a sewing free for all baby, go crazy!!!!!! (shhhh, they have been fed and I am going to hide and sew now)
Night all...
